  Service protection with DJI Care Refresh
DJI Care Refresh is a service protection for DJI products that, for a small additional fee, offers two replacements of damaged equipment within one year, covering damage caused by impact or product contact with water, among other things. The damaged hardware will then be replaced with a new or equivalent new product. DJI Care Refresh can be activated one time up to 30 days after activation (first launch) of the device. For cameras, gimbals and stabilizers, the 30-day extension is not available.

DJI RS 3 Pro
For DJI RS 3 Pro series gimbals, the cost of first replacement under DJI Care Refresh is 439 PLN. Second replacement cost is 569 PLN.*
*When reporting directly to the manufacturer, the replacement amount may change depending on the current exchange rate.

How to activate DJI Care Refresh
1. Activate the code at: https://support.dji.com/care/active.
2. During the activation process you need to enter the Care Refresh code, the serial number of your device (located directly on the product) and the data of the person activating the Package (name and e-mail address).
3. DJI Care Refresh will be activated and automatically assigned to the appropriate region. You will receive confirmation of DJI Care Refresh activation via email. Your equipment is now safe!

When an accident happens
1. The user reports the fault and sends the equipment to DJI's German service center with a note that it has DJI Care Refresh.
2. The user receives a repair quote and, based on that, decides whether to have the repair/replacement done for a fee or through DJI Care Refresh.
3. When you select DJI Care Refresh, you pay the replacement fee and receive another copy.
4. Replacement product is shipped to you on priority with free shipping.

DJI Care Refresh does not cover
1) Missing or partially missing product.
2) Stolen or abandoned product.
3) Additional accessories.
4) Intentional loss of product.
5) Damage to the housing that does not affect the operation of the product.
6) Direct or indirect damage caused by force majeure.
7) Defects occurring outside of the DJI Care Refresh validity period. 
8) Additional charges for model upgrades, performance improvements.
9) Damage resulting from modifications that do not comply with the instructions in the user manual or from the use of incompatible batteries and chargers.
10) Defects resulting from the use of unauthorized accessories, batteries or software.
