DJI Care Referesh is a comprehensive 24-month insurance offered by DJI on its new products, so you don't have to worry about the safety of your device while in use. In the event of damage, a new device or one in non-used condition awaits you for a small fee (PLN 209 for the first replacement, PLN 249 for the second replacement, PLN 319 for the third replacement, and PLN 769 for the Flyaway service).
Feel like a VIP
Users with DJI Care Refresh protection are prioritized, so waiting time for a replacement device is reduced to a minimum. What's more, users also have VIP privileges when contacting DJI Support, so all it takes is one phone call to get a quick answer to any question.
How it works
After purchasing the DJI Care Refresh card, the user goes to the DJI website and activates the insurance by entering the electronic code number and serial number of the product to which the coverage is to be assigned. The caveat is that activation must take place no later than 48 hours after product activation.
When accidents happen
1. UThe user reports the defect and sends the model to DJI's German service center with a note that it has DJI Care Refresh.2. The user gets a repair quote and, based on that, decides whether to have the repair/replacement done for a fee or through DJI Care Refresh.3. After selecting DJI Care Refresh, the user pays a fee of PLN 209 for the first replacement, PLN 249 for the second replacement, PLN 319 for the third replacement or PLN 769 for the Flyaway service and gets a new product or one with no signs of use.4. The exchanged product is delivered to the user on priority with free shipping.
Disclaimers
DJI Care Refresh does not cover: 1) Lost or partially lost camera, gimbal or accessories.
2) Theft or abandonment of the product.
3) Damage caused by flying in inappropriate weather conditions.
4) Transmitter, additional accessories.
5) Deliberate loss of the drone.
6) Damage to the housing that does not affect the operation of the product.
7) Direct or indirect damage caused by acts of God.
8) Defects occurring outside the validity period of DJI Care Refresh.
9) Additional charges related to upgrading the model, improving its performance.
10)Malfunctions resulting from carrying out modifications that do not comply with the recommendations found in the user's manual or from using incompatible batteries and charger.
11) Defects resulting from the use of unauthorized accessories, batteries or software.
