Service Protection with DJI Care Refresh
DJI Care Refresh is the service protection for your device that will provide you with four replacements of damaged equipment within two years for a small additional fee. It covers damages caused, among other things, by collisions or contact of the product with water. The damaged equipment will then be replaced with a new or equivalent one. DJI Care Refresh can be activated once within 30 days of device activation (first launch). There is also an option to extend the coverage for an additional year (total of 3 years) – simply purchase an additional yearly plan. Furthermore, the manufacturer's official warranty applies during the service's validity period.

DJI Osmo Action 3
For devices from the DJI Osmo Action 3 series, the cost of each replacement under DJI Care Refresh is 119 PLN.*
*In case of direct submission to the manufacturer, the replacement cost may change depending on the current exchange rate.

Extended Warranty
Users of devices such as DJI Mavic 3 Pro, DJI Mavic 3 Pro Cine, DJI Mini 2 SE, DJI RS 3 Mini, DJI Mini 3, DJI Mavic 3 Classic, Osmo Mobile 6, Osmo Mobile SE, Osmo Action 3, DJI Avata, DJI RS 3, DJI RS 3 Pro, DJI Mini 3 Pro, DJI Mavic 3, DJI Mavic 3 Cine, and DJI Action 2 can also obtain additional benefits. If you don't use the replacement option during the Care Refresh service validity period, you will receive an extension of the warranty for an additional year as part of the reward.

How to Activate DJI Care Refresh
1. The code should be activated at: https://support.dji.com/care/active.
2. During the activation process, you need to provide the Care Refresh code, the device's serial number (found directly on the product), and the activating person's details (name, email address).
3. DJI Care Refresh service will be activated and automatically assigned to the appropriate region. Confirmation of DJI Care Refresh activation will be sent to you via email. Your equipment is now safe!

When an Accident Occurs
1. The user reports a malfunction and sends the equipment to the German DJI service with a note that DJI Care Refresh service has been purchased.
2. The user receives a repair estimate and decides whether to proceed with paid repair/replacement or use DJI Care Refresh.
3. Upon selecting the DJI Care Refresh option, the user pays for the replacement and receives a different unit.
4. The replaced product is promptly delivered to the user with free shipping.

DJI Care Refresh Exclusions
1) Lost or partially lost equipment.
2) Stolen or abandoned products.
3) Additional accessories.
4) Deliberate loss of the product.
5) Casing damages that don't affect the product's functionality.
6) Direct or indirect damages caused by force majeure.
7) Malfunctions occurring outside the DJI Care Refresh validity period.
8) Additional charges related to model enhancement or performance improvement.
9) Malfunctions resulting from modifications not in accordance with the user manual or use of incompatible batteries and chargers.
10) Malfunctions resulting from the use of unauthorized accessories, batteries, or software.
