DJI Care Refresh Service Protection
DJI Care Refresh is the service protection for your device that provides you with two replacements for damaged equipment within a year for a small additional fee. It covers damages resulting from collisions or contact with water, among other factors. The damaged equipment will be replaced with a new or equivalent device. DJI Care Refresh can be activated once within 30 days of the device activation (first startup). You also have the option to extend the coverage by purchasing an additional annual plan (up to two times, for a total of up to 3 years). Moreover, the official manufacturer's warranty applies during the service's validity.

DJI Osmo Pocket
For DJI Osmo Pocket series devices, the cost of the first replacement under DJI Care Refresh is 149 PLN, and the second is 199 PLN*
*In the case of direct reporting to the manufacturer, the replacement amount may vary depending on the current exchange rate.

How to Activate DJI Care Refresh
1. Activate the code at: https://support.dji.com/care/active.
2. During the activation process, provide the Care Refresh code, device serial number (located directly on the product), and the activating person's details (name, email address).
3. DJI Care Refresh service will be activated and automatically assigned to the appropriate region. Confirmation of DJI Care Refresh activation will be sent to you via email. Your equipment is now protected!

In Case of Accidents
1. The user reports a defect and sends the equipment to the German DJI service center, indicating the ownership of DJI Care Refresh.
2. The user receives an estimate for the repair and decides whether to proceed with the repair/replacement at a cost or through DJI Care Refresh.
3. When choosing the DJI Care Refresh option, the user pays for the replacement and receives a different unit.
4. The replaced product is prioritized for delivery to the user with free shipping.

Exclusions from DJI Care Refresh
1) Lost or partially lost equipment.
2) Stolen or abandoned products.
3) Additional accessories.
4) Deliberate loss of the product.
5) Outer casing damage that does not affect the product's operation.
6) Direct or indirect damage caused by force majeure.
7) Defects that occur outside the validity period of DJI Care Refresh.
8) Additional charges related to model enhancement or performance improvement.
9) Defects resulting from modifications not in accordance with user manual recommendations or the use of incompatible batteries and chargers.
10) Defects arising from the use of unauthorized accessories, batteries, or software.
Possibility of Coverage Extension*
Users also have the option to extend the coverage for up to 3 years. To do so, simply purchase an additional annual plan.
- If you have a one-year DJI Care Refresh plan, you can extend the coverage twice by purchasing 2 additional annual plans: one-year plan + one-year plan + one-year plan.
- If you have a 2-year plan, you can extend the coverage only once by purchasing one additional annual plan: 2-year plan + one-year plan.
Note: It's not possible to extend the coverage by purchasing an additional 2-year plan.
Specific conditions must be met for the coverage extension:
- Purchase of DJI Care Refresh service in one of the following variants: DJI Care Refresh one-year plan / DJI Care Refresh 2-year plan / DJI Care Refresh one-year plan and DJI Care Refresh + / DJI Care Refresh one-year plan and additional one-year plan (renewal).
- The validity period of the purchased DJI Care Refresh service has not expired or expired within 15 days.
