DJI Care Referesh is a comprehensive 12-month insurance offered by DJI for its new products, so you don't have to worry about the safety of your drone during flight. In the event of a collision, a new device or one in non-used condition awaits you for a small fee (229 PLN for the first replacement and 319 PLN for the second replacement).

Have you always dreamed of taking beautiful photos flying over the lake, sea or ocean, but were afraid of your device? DJI Care Refresh also covers damage caused by flooding or falling into the water of your Spark, so fly without worry.






Feel like a VIP

Users with DJI Care Refresh protection get priority treatment, so waiting time for a drone replacement is reduced to a minimum. What's more, users also have VIP privileges when contacting DJI Support, so all it takes is one phone call to get a quick answer to any question.



How it works

After purchasing the DJI Care Refresh card, users go to the following websiteDJIand activates the insurance by entering the card number and serial number of the drone to which the coverage is to be assigned. The caveat is that activation must take place no later than 48 hours after activating the Spark.







When an accident occurs
1 The user reports the malfunction and sends the Spark to DJI's German service center with a note that it has DJI Care Refresh.
2.The user gets a repair quote and based on that, decides whether to have the repair/replacement done for a fee or through DJI Care Refresh.
(3) After selecting DJI Care Refresh, the user pays a fee of PLN 229 for the first replacement or PLN 319 for the second replacement and gets a new product or new spare parts, i.e. gimbal, camera, propellers.
(4) The replaced product gets priority delivery to the user with free shipping.




Disclaimer

DJI Care Refresh does not cover:
1) Lost or partially lost drone, gimbal or accessories.
2) Theft or abandonment of the product.
3) Damage caused by flying in inappropriate weather conditions.
4) The transmitter, additional accessories.
5) Deliberate loss of the drone.
6) Damage to the housing that does not affect the operation of the product.
7) Direct or indirect damage caused by acts of God.
8) Defects occurring outside the validity period of DJI Care Refresh.
9) Additional charges related to upgrading the model, improving its performance.
10) Defects resulting from carrying out modifications that are not in accordance with the recommendations found in the User's Manual or from using incompatible batteries and charger.
11) Defects resulting from the use of unauthorized accessories, batteries or software.
