ELEGOO Mercury Plus 3.0 is a practical 2-in-1 device that combines the functions of washing and curing resin models. Thanks to the integrated design, the washing container can be stored directly in the curing module, which saves space and makes the workspace easier to organize. The whole process is now faster and more convenient than ever before!
Easy operation
An intuitive touch panel with a digital display allows you to get started in no time. With its help, for example, you can quickly select the mode, set the time and start or stop the desired process.
More capacity, more possibilities
The new model offers a noticeably larger workspace than the previous generation. The volume of the IPA (Isopropyl Alcohol, isopropyl alcohol) container has increased from 3.5 l to as much as 7.5 l and allows you to wash prints with maximum dimensions of 214 × 135 × 180 mm (with platform) or 230 × 135 × 260 mm (without platform). In addition, the curing area has increased by about 460%, making it possible to process larger models or several prints simultaneously.
Flexible operation modes
The device allows you to wash models in two ways - in a suspended position (214 × 135 × 180 mm) or in a corrosion-resistant basket (230 × 135 × 260 mm). This allows you to match the cleaning method to the size and shape of your prints, minimizing the risk of damaging delicate parts.
Fast and thorough cleaning
POM (Polyoxymethylene, polyacetal) bearings ensure smooth rotation of the turbine, which speeds up water agitation and increases cleaning efficiency. In addition, the product is equipped with a special seal, so you don't have to worry about leaks.
Effective 360° curing
The rotating table evenly exposes the entire surface of the print to UV (ultraviolet) light, and the lower reflective light further enhances this effect. The Fresnel lens used disperses the rays evenly, resulting in better curing of intricate details. The product also offers a special yellow cover that stops ultraviolet radiation with an efficiency of up to 99.9%, which translates into greater safety of use.
Effects that are visible to the naked eye
After washing and curing, the models are no longer sticky and rough - the surface becomes smooth, clean and noticeably more detailed. This is not only a matter of aesthetics, but also more durable and ready for further processing, such as painting.
