PXN VD10 Steering Wheel Base (PC Windows)

The PXN VD10 is a Direct Drive steering wheel base designed for realistic and accurate driving reproduction in racing simulators. Peak torque of 12 Nm, a 24-bit magnetic encoder, intelligent cooling and the Sense+ algorithm make the PXN VD10 a steering wheel base that combines power, precision and reliability.

Smoothness and responsiveness

At the heart of the PXN VD10 is a Direct Drive servo motor with low inertia. It guarantees precise steering, smooth transitions and instant responses without lag. With optimized magnetic control, the motor offers an efficiency of 95%. In addition, an integrated rotor core running at 10,000 rpm ensures high power density and overload resistance.

Maximum control precision

The PXN VD10 features a 24-bit magnetic encoder that records 46,603 pulses per degree of steering wheel rotation. As a result, the base operates with an accuracy of less than 1 ms, allowing for maximum precision and realistic reproduction of even the smallest movements.

Intelligent temperature control system

An aluminum housing with temperature control sensors and an intelligent cooling system ensures the stability of maximum torque. During 48-hour tests, the base VD10 maintained a stable temperature of around 50°C, while older designs reached as high as 80°C. As a result, the unit retains full power and does not lose torque even during long racing sessions.

New PXN Sense+ algorithm

The PXN VD10 uses the proprietary Sense+ algorithm, which is based on native game data. It analyzes the vehicle-specific force profile, chassis and pavement responses, as well as dynamic terrain changes. The result is multi-level feedback - from sensing bumps in the road to a realistic feel for drifts or changes in grip.

Compatibility and easy setup

The base works with Windows 7-11 PCs and operates in D-input mode. With the PXN SimRacing software, you can easily configure settings - from force feedback, to calibrating pedals and profiles for individual games. The software also allows you to optimize performance and import ready-made game profiles, eliminating the need for time-consuming configuration.
