Service protection with DJI Care Refresh
DJI Care Refresh is service protection for your device that will provide you, for a small additional fee, with two replacements of damaged equipment per year. It covers damage caused by collisions or product contact with water, among other things. Damaged hardware will then be replaced with new or equivalent new hardware. DJI Care Refresh can be activated one time up to 30 days after activation (first launch) of the device. It is also possible to extend the protection - just purchase an additional one-year plan (up to two times - you gain up to 3 years in total). What's more, the official manufacturer's warranty applies during the validity period of the service.
DJI Osmo Mobile 7
For DJI Osmo Mobile 7 series devices, the cost of each replacement under DJI Care Refresh is 39 PLN*.
*When reported directly to the manufacturer, the replacement amount is subject to change depending on the current exchange rate.
Extended warranty
Users of devices such as DJI Mavic 3 Pro, DJI Mavic 3 Pro Cine, DJI Mini 2 SE, DJI RS 3 Mini, DJI Mini 3, DJI Mavic 3 Classic, Osmo Mobile 7, Osmo Mobile 7P, Osmo Mobile 6, Osmo Mobile SE, Osmo Action 3, DJI Avata, DJI RS 3, DJI RS 3 Pro, DJI Mini 3 Pro, DJI Mavic 3, DJI Mavic 3 Cine and DJI Action 2 can also get additional benefits. If you don't use the Care Refresh service once during its validity period, you'll receive a warranty extension for an additional year as a reward.
How to activate DJI Care Refresh
1 Activate the code at:https://support.dji.com/care/active.
2. during the activation process, you need to provide the Care Refresh code, the serial number of the device (it is located directly on the product) and the details of the person activating the Package (name, email address).
3. the DJI Care Refresh service will be activated and automatically assigned to the corresponding region. You will receive confirmation of DJI Care Refresh activation by email. Your equipment is now safe!
When an accident happens
1 The user reports the malfunction and sends the equipment to DJI's German service center with a note that he has purchased the DJI Care Refresh service.
2) The user gets a repair quote and, based on this, decides whether to have the repair/replacement done for a fee or through DJI Care Refresh.
3) After selecting DJI Care Refresh, the user pays the replacement fee and receives another unit.
4. The replaced product is shipped to the user on a priority basis with free shipping.
DJI Care Refresh does not cover
1) Lost or partially lost equipment.
2) Stolen or abandoned product.
3) Additional accessories.
4) Intentional loss of the product.
5) Damage to the case that does not affect the operation of the product.
6) Direct or indirect damage caused by acts of God.
7) Defects occurring outside the validity period of DJI Care Refresh.
8) Additional charges related to upgrading the model, improving its performance.
9) Defects resulting from carrying out modifications that are not in accordance with the recommendations found in the User's Manual or from using incompatible batteries and charger.
10) Defects resulting from the use of unauthorized accessories, batteries or software.
