The content of this site is general information about Shopify development and our services. We keep it up to date, but we cannot promise that every piece of advice fits your store. Prices are examples, not offers.

The texts, images and videos on the site belong to Merivirta Digital Oy or their creators. You may quote and share them with a link to the source. Shopify and other product names are trademarks of their owners.

AI assistant

The assistant’s replies are generated by AI. They can be incomplete or wrong, and they do not bind us. Final offers and binding answers always come from a person, Jere Merivirta.

Please do not share passwords, card details or other sensitive data with the assistant. How we handle data is explained in our privacy notice.

Client work

Client work is always agreed in a separate written agreement. Where it differs from these terms, the agreement prevails.

Merivirta Publisher

Merivirta Publisher is Merivirta Digital Oy’s own tool. It publishes our own content to our own accounts on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok and reads the comments and statistics of those posts. It is not offered to other users.

The tool uses each platform’s official API under that platform’s terms. Access tokens are stored encrypted in the EU and deleted when an account is disconnected. Access can also be revoked at any time in the platform’s own settings.

Liability

Our liability for the use of the site and the assistant is limited to what mandatory law requires. We are not liable for indirect damage such as lost sales.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by Finnish law. We may update them; the latest version is always on this page.
